What to have ready
- Your address or the nearest cross-street, so the contractor can plan the visit.
- What you've noticed — a leak, a sag, water where it shouldn't be, storm damage — and roughly when it started.
- Photos if you have them. A phone picture from the ground is enough.
- Whether an insurance claim is involved. Have your claim number handy; the claim itself stays between you and your insurer.

Mon–Sat 7am–7pm. Requests are covered across Austin, Travis County and the suburbs — Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Lakeway and more. Emergency calls outside those hours are answered when a technician is available.
